Alexus 2040 is an endless retro space shooter that was released on 18th April 2024 on iOS and Android.

The game offers all the familiar tropes of the genre, simplified and condensed into short sessions, while retaining the essence and excitement of space shooters:
- Endless high score chaser.
- Short game sessions.
- Very simple controls: left-right axis only and auto-fire.
- Focus on quick reaction time, and getting ‘in the flow’.
- Heavily randomised progression.
- Original power-ups that stack up in ever changing combinations.
- Three boss fights
Coming 27th February 2025! The first major content update is underway, and will be available soon. It will feature new spaceships and power-ups to unlock.
Each new spaceship comes with its own permanent modifier and 2 exclusive power-ups (for a total of 8 new original power-ups!).
Other new features include some accessibility settings, with visibility enhancing options and even an EASY MODE.
And finally, the game now has controller support!
